All-Pro 12
General Description
The All-Pro 12 achieves new targets for reduced installation and operating costs, simplicity and compact size. Its versatile design accommodates truck charging from any angle within a 180-degree arc, and has no drive-through structure to restrict access. A larger single- or split-compartment silo, large aggregate storage bins, overhead automatic recycling truck dust collector and the patented Lo-Pro recirculating cement batcher round out the package. Producers will find that the All-Pro is the least expensive plant in its category to purchase, install and operate. Batchmaster
General Description
The Batchmaster mobile plant gives you the performance of a stationary plant with the added advantage of mobility. It’s perfect for job-site operation or can augment an older concrete production facility. Placement and setup time are minimal, and the same common-sense engineering built into all CON-E-CO products is found here. Plumbing and wiring are all ready installed and factory tested to reduce site startup costs. Optional expansion modules can be added through simple bolt-on installation. The basic plant includes a 48 cubic yard 3 compartment aggregate bin and a 400 barrel silo.

454L
General Description
Designed for high mobility and durability, the 454L is available in 12 and 15 yard batch capacities and single and double drum configurations. Plants include silo and mixer dust control systems and material handling systems for aggregates and cements. The 454L can be configured with a hydraulic self erect system that provides the industry’s highest discharge height in mixer trucks or transport trucks.
Theoretical Production Capacity
The 454L has the capability to discharge 12 cubic yards of batched materials in 16 seconds. Mixer cycle time determines actual production.

Premier PLP 12
General Description
The Premier PLP 12 is a portable low profile plant with two cement storage silos, gravity cement batcher, gate discharge aggregate batcher, basic aggregate storage, and 12 cubic yard batch capacity. The PLP 12 has a steel frame that reduces site preparation and foundation costs. Plumbing and wiring are pre-installed and factory tested to reduce startup costs. Optional pre-assembled expansion modules bolt on for low-cost installation and easy expandability.

SLP Central Mix
General Description
The SLP is a stationary low profile central mixer with single or dual rectangular cement storage bins, gravity-feed or recirculating cement batchers, high speed 54-inch wide aggregate charging belt, and individual aggregate charging conveyers. Standard 12 yard batch capacity. Stationary Central Mix plants are perfect for your high production concrete needs. Each incorporates either a 12 or 15 cubic yard central mix drum.
