Batchmaster with extensions
The Batchmaster Long utilizes traditional gravity discharge cement and aggregate batchers. Its modular design classifies this plant as “Portable” with one plant mounted cement silo from 400 to 1,065 BBLs, a plant mounted dust collector and an aggregate bin from 65 to 270 tons of storage.
Lo-Pro 12 with extensions including Cement I
Configured as a “Portable” plant, the Lo-Pro 12, with its patented recirculating/blending cement batcher and “Live bottom” aggregate batcher, has an expandable “In-Truss” cement storage of up to 735 BBLs and an “Overhead” silo is available up to 1,230 BBLs. Bolt-on welded aggregate bin extensions are available from 80 to 250 tons. A plant mounted dust collector allows dust to be recycled into the cement batcher.
Lo-Pro 12RS
The Lo-Pro 12RS with its patented cement batcher and “Live bottom” aggregate batcher is reconfigured to replace the “In-Truss” compartment with a “Round Silo” structure. A 565 BBL silo is standard with optional silos up to 1,230 BBLs and an optional 2nd, “Plant mounted”, silo from 400 to 1,230 BBLs. Bolt-on aggregate bins are available from 80 to 250 tons of storage. A recycling dust collector mounts on the plant.
Lo-Pro 12SS
A single silo plant with all of the features of the standard Lo-Pro 12. A 565 BBL silo is standard with optional silos available up to 1,065 BBLs. For more storage select a “Rectangular” storage bin for up to 4 compartments and 3,500 BBLs of cement storage. Bolt-on aggregate storage bins from 80 to 270 tons. A plant mounted dust collector allows dust to be recycled into the cement batcher.
Premier PLP 12
A plant to grow into…not out of! The PLP utilizes traditional gravity discharge cement and aggregate batchers. The pre-wired and pre-plumbed modular design classify this plant as “Portable” with the ability to mount two silos on the plant for a total storage of over 2,000 BBLs! A plant mounted recycling dust collector and a bolt-on welded aggregate bin from 80 to 270 tons of storage complete the package.
All-Pro 12 with silo larger than 565 BBL
A single silo plant with the Lo-Pro patented cement batcher and a traditional “Gravity discharge” aggregate batcher. A 400 BBL silo is standard with optional silos up to 1,230 BBLs. Bolt-on aggregate storage bins from 80 to 215 tons. A plant mounted dust collector allows dust to be recycled into the cement batcher.
Portable Wet Batch
Lo-Pro 12 Central Mix with extensions
Although a portable plant, the Lo-Pro can be expanded with unitized cement silos and aggregate storage modules to get the capacity needed for permanent installation. Plumbing and wiring are pre-installed and factory tested, reducing startup costs. The Lo-Pro’s compact base makes it perfect for enclosing where cold weather or environmental restrictions are concerns.
Lo-Pro 12RS Central Mix
The Lo-Pro 12RS CM is a 12 cubic yard mobile dry batch plant with optional central mixer, delivered as a tow-away load with its own transport system. Its steel frame significantly reduces site preparation costs, and plumbing and wiring are factory-installed and tested.
Lo-Pro 12SS Central Mix
The Lo-Pro 12SS is a 12 cubic yard mobile plant delivered as a tow-away load with its own transport system. Equipped with a central mixer, it is designated the Lo-Pro 12SS CM. It can Its steel frame significantly reduces site preparation costs, and plumbing and wiring are factory-installed and tested.
Job Site Dry Batch
All-Pro 12 with 400 or 565 BBL silo
A single silo plant with the Lo-Pro patented cement batcher and a traditional “Gravity discharge” aggregate batcher. With an 80 ton aggregate storage bin and a standard 400 BBL or optional 565 BBL silo this plant transports as a single towable load. A plant mounted dust collector allows dust to be recycled into the cement batcher.
Batchmaster with no extensions
The Batchmaster Long utilizes traditional gravity discharge cement and aggregate batchers. With the standard 400 BBL or optional 565 BBL silo and 65 ton aggregate bin with fold down sides, this “Job Site” configuration transports as a single towable load. A plant mounted mixer dust collector is available for recycling dust into the cement batcher.
Lo-Pro 10 or 12 basic – No Cement I Extension
Configured as a “Job Site” plant the Lo-Pro, with its patented recirculating/blending cement batcher, “Live bottom” aggregate batcher, “In-Truss” cement storage and 80 ton aggregate storage, transport as a single unit. An optional overhead mobile silo is available. A plant mounted dust collector allows dust to be recycled into the cement batcher.
Lo-Pro 427
Standard features of this highly mobile “Job Site” plant include the patented Lo-Pro cement batcher, “Live bottom” aggregate batcher, 427 BBL of “In-Truss” cement storage (available with two compartments) and 68 tons of aggregate storage (available with two foot folding sides for 95 tons). Also available is an overhead mobile silo up to 735 BBL and a plant mounted dust control system to recycle collected dust into the cement batcher.
Job Site Wet Batch
Lo-Pro 12 Central Mix – No Cement I Extension
Highly mobile with larger horsepower motors for higher speed, 36″ discharge belts. Available with 12 or 15 cubic yard mixer.
Lo-Pro 427 Central Mix
Highly mobile with hinged and pinned lower support columns and knee braces. Larger horsepower motors for higher speed discharge belts up to 42″ wide. 427 BBL In-Truss is available with two compartments. Available with 12 or 15 cubic yard mixer.
